Just Add:
Shrimp or protein of choice (150g)
Mushrooms or vegetables (80g)
Water (480ml)
How to Prepare
Boil 480ml of water.
Add protein and mushrooms, cook until done.
Stir in Tom Yum base and chili paste, simmer.
Add dried herbs & spices (remove oxygen absorber first).
Season with fish sauce and lime juice to taste. Serve hot.
Microwave Method:
Mix Tom Yum base and chili paste with 480ml water.
Add protein and mushrooms, microwave on high (800W) for 4 minutes or until cooked.
Stir in dried herbs & spices (remove oxygen absorber first), season to taste, and serve.
