Chicken or protein (200g)
Potatoes & onion (60g)
Water (300ml)
Cooking oil (2 tbsp)
Easy Preparation:
Sauté yellow curry paste in oil for 1 minute.
Add protein, stir-fry until cooked.
Mix coconut milk powder with hot water, pour into the pot.
Add potatoes and onion, simmer until fully cooked.
Add dried chili (remove oxygen absorber), season with fish sauce, and serve hot.
