Chicken or protein (200g)
Eggplant or veggies (60g)
Water (300ml)
Cooking oil (2 tbsp)
Easy Preparation:
Sauté green curry paste in oil for 1 minute.
Add protein, stir-fry until cooked.
Mix coconut milk powder with hot water, pour into the pot.
Add vegetables, bring to a boil, then add dried herbs (remove oxygen absorber).
Season with fish sauce and sugar to taste, serve hot.
