Satay is a popular Thai appetizer with roots in Indonesia. Marinated chicken, pork, or beef is grilled to perfection and served with a rich, flavorful peanut sauce. Ready in 15 minutes!
Serves: 4 | Spice Level: Mild
Includes:
✔ Satay Marinade Powder (25g)
✔ Peanut Sauce Mix (45g)
✔ Coconut Milk Powder (25g)
Just Add:
Chicken, beef, or lamb (500g, cut into 2 cm strips)
Cooking oil (1-2 tbsp for marinating & grilling)

Easy Preparation:
Marinate: Mix satay marinade with 120ml water & oil, coat meat, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Skewer & Grill: Thread onto skewers, grill over medium heat, basting with oil.
Make Peanut Sauce: Boil 150ml water, dissolve coconut milk powder, add peanut sauce mix, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with peanut sauce!
